Gardenia of London is a contemporary florist with a chain of high street shops in South West London. Founder Jamie understood the importance of creating a uniformed customer experience across all touchpoints of their brand. Aware that their online presence did not match their instore offering of luxury goods and high-quality service, Doe and Smith were commisioned to create their new eCommerce website.
The old site received a complete redesign and UX/UI overhaul, resulting in a site which is intuitive to navigate and provides a seamless ordering process for the customer. New features allow users to create an account, check previous orders, book consultations and chat live with a member of the Gardenia team. The client can fully customise the site to promote seasonal offers, set up subscription based services and adapt the layout based on documented user behaviour.
The brand and product photography were also created and art directed by Doe and Smith.
