Establishing North London's
first Japanese barbecue eatery 

Taisho is a Japanese barbecue restaurant in the heart of North London. Their unique offering allows diners to cook their own cuts of premium wagyu beef at their table.

Doe and Smith worked for 7dots, to create the identity for the new eatery. The colours, texture and pattern reflect the fun nature of the shared grilling experience.

We focused on creating a visual identity that was both friendly and sophisticated for a young audience. The restaurant launched on Saturday 15th September 2018.
